Our facades are an elegant combination of galvalume steel roof and wall w/40 year paint warranty and stained wood siding accents. Combined with triple pane European windows and a custom aluminum entry door, you get a sleek, minimal appearance with ample glass to bring the outside in. Exterior patios are pavers as standard with wood decks as an upgrade. Attached and detached garages are possible with any plan.

Standard Interior Finishes
The interior of your Mantle home combines matte lacquered Euro cabinets with solid surface counters, tile shower with stone base, LVP floors and hidden frame flush interior doors. Upgraded finishes include engineered hardwood flooring, wood veneer cabinets and other custom upgrades.

With 50% better-than-code insulation as standard and 80% less thermal bridging- the Mantle envelope system gives your house a performance boost like no other.

We use a super-insulated slab-on-grade foundation for level sites that saves on construction cost and energy. For sloping sites, we utilize the Superior Walls precast, insulated basement system.
