Let's Start Designing!
Once you're ready to start the process we require a $10,000 deposit to reserve your building slot and for your fully customized design. This deposit will be fully applied to your building cost and includes unlimited customization. Whether you start with one of our models or start from scratch, we will do whatever it takes to make your dream design come to reality, all while keeping things as close to your stated budget as possible.

Interior Design and Complete Construction Estimate
After finalizing the design concept we move on to the complete interior design and material selection process. When this is complete, we can generate a very solid construction budget. If the resulting number is too high, we can make whatever design changes are needed to fit your budget, all without any additional cost to you.

Engineered Plans + 20% Construction Contract Deposit
After we've worked out all the kinks in the design and budgeting process you are ready to finalize your plans and sign your construction contract! We us the AIA standard fixed price contract. This way, you know exactly how much you will pay and can take your contract amount to the bank for financing. (We do build in a healthy contingency for all site work as this phase is notoriously difficult to estimate). We provide allowances based on real prices determined from the interior design work done in the previous phase, but if you make changes, it will impact the cost of the project. In this phase we require a 20% construction deposit to move forward with the build. With the finalized plans and permits in hand, you can finalize your financing as well.

Time to Build!
Once all the contracts are singed, permits are in hand and financing is approved, it's finally time to break ground. We will will keep you updated via access to our online project management platform and regular email updates. You will also have access to live security camera feeds of the job site as well. Ongoing payments will be made according to the schedule set out in the construction contract.

Enjoy Your Home!
Once construction is done it's time to move in! Typical build times are 9-16 months depending on the project's complexity. We offer an industry standard 1 year warranty (in addition to any manufacturer's warranty) for any workmanship that isn't perfect.
